If you're happy and you know it....

Some times I just feel pretty happy without having to try or think about it...

This is one of those moments, and the children's song "If you're happy and you know it" keeps coming to my mind. (Check out good old Barney the Purple Dinosaur singing it with his little friends here).

Since life throws many things at us, isn't it great to celebrate just being happy once in a while?

So, if you are happy and you know it, clap your hands!
