Busy times as of late for this Putnamaniac, and I am sure for you all as well.
Spring, particularly after a long and weather filled winter, gives us all a lot to do!
As I was about my home work/errands one day a couple of weeks ago, I looked around and quickly noticed a ton of things that I have added to my home over the years, thanks to shopping at my local Habitat for Humanity of Eastern CT ReStore!
I really wanted to point out to you what great stuff you can find at a Habitat ReStore. Of course, since I do volunteer from time to time, I really have the opportunity to see things as they come in! That is a great benefit of volunteering, should that entice you into inquiring about it!
As you will see in these photos, some things that I have bought at the Habitat ReStore look brand new, some are clearly well used, some I have painted or re-purposed. In any case, these are a few of the things that have been added to my home sweet home over the years, all while my purchases are helping someone else to get a safe home of their own.
