Manny was on duty this morning on Sabin St!

Manny the cop is back on duty! Manny is actually short for mannequin, because that is what Manny is. Putnam PD places him strategically around town in order to keep drivers on their best behavior. It works like a charm, and everyone loves Manny! He was parked on the street outside my condo development this morning, and I gave him a big wave when I jogged past.

I feel very safe with not only Manny, but all the fine officers of the Putnam PD on duty.
