Saturday morning starts out with the walk/run/bike race for the Deary Memorial Cancer Fund. It is not too late to sign up!
Saturday evening there is a concert with The Little Big Band in Rotary Park, to be followed by River Fire.
Sunday starts off bright and early with a Car Cruise! There will be literally thousands of cars on display in downtown Putnam. The streets are shut down so you can walk and enjoy the endless varieties of cars, as well as some vehicular entertainment!
At 1:30 the Arc Duck race begins, where a bucket loader full of rubber duckies are dumped into the Quinebaug River. Prizes are great and plentiful, and there is still time to buy tickets!
Add to all of these non-stop events, shows at The Bradley (The Sound of Music), and The Black Box (Avenue Q), and you will be busy and entertained all weekend in Putnam!
