The Complex Performing Arts Centre opens up their production of Godspell tomorrow night.
It runs Fridays and Saturdays March 22, 23, 29, 30 at 8pm and Sunday, March 24, 2013 at 2pm.
I have never seen this show, but clearly by its name I can figure out it is based on something religious. (I am as sharp as a tack)!
There is a song that comes into my head often, mostly when I am thinking about life's daily journey, living healthy, exercise. That song is "Day by Day". It comes from this musical. (Listen here on youtube).
The best part of seeing any local theater here in Northeast CT is that the talent is HUGE, and yet it is all done by folks you know that live here along side you.
The folks who will be sitting along side me for the show are some fine neighbors of mine, and I can bet they know every word and sing right along. Those are the kind of folks to go to a show with!
