Brilliant merger creates Habitat Eastern CT!

Pretty much everyone has heard about Habitat for Humanity.

Habitat relies on community participation and is open to all in effort to build a stronger community.
Simply put, the goal is to make sure every man, woman and child has simple, decent shelter.

New England, and Eastern CT specifically, tends to be a home for brilliant, hard working, problem solving, goal driven, every day type of people.

The merger of the formerly separate Habitat Southeast CT and Habitat Northeast CT is a prime example of this brilliance in action!

Habitat Eastern CT was recently born, and it arrived kicking & screaming and ready to amp up the success level.

HFHECT will serve all of New London county and eastern Windham County.

Stats from the HFHECT website boast:
Since 1987, the organization has completed 59 homes throughout New London County and eastern Windham County
And over 110 homes internationally through the tithe HFHECT sends to international Habitat for Humanity affiliates.

Be ready for a bigger presence and more action from Habitat in our area of Northeast CT now that this merger is complete.

There is strength in numbers. You may consider chipping in yourself - grow community pride.

Expect success from Habitat Eastern CT!

I am a Putnamaniac that sees HUGE potential for Habitat for Humanity Eastern CT!
